Zibo Hanlong has launched the GZ-200X350X40 large-scale gantry graphite flat saw, utilizing a servo and ball screw system to achieve an accuracy of ±0.15mm over a 3-meter span.

Zibo Hanlong Machinery Co., Ltd. has officially launched the GZ-200X350X40 gantry-style horizontal saw designed specifically for graphite. This machine is primarily intended for the batch cutting of large graphite workpieces with heights under 700 mm, widths up to 2,000 mm, and a travel length of 3,500 mm.

Unlike traditional hydraulic sawing machines, the GZ-200X350X40 employs a high-rigidity drive system—comprising a servo motor, ball screw, and linear guide rails—for both the vertical movement of the saw frame and the longitudinal travel of the worktable. Measured data indicates a positioning accuracy of ±0.15 mm over the worktable's 3,000 mm travel range and a repeatability of ≤0.1 mm for the saw frame's 500 mm vertical movement. Cutting speed is steplessly adjustable between 300 and 1,500 m/min via a vector frequency converter, and the main motor power is 18.5 kW.

To address the issues of graphite dust—specifically its electrical conductivity and tendency to infiltrate components—the equipment utilizes a fully enclosed electrical cabinet with an integrated air-conditioning cooling system. Dust-proof covers and automatic lubrication systems (featuring PLC-timed grease injection) are installed on the ball screws and guide rails. Additionally, the protective housing includes a dedicated inlet for a dust extraction system, facilitating connection to an external industrial vacuum unit.

Transparent configuration of key components: Inovance servo systems, Sinev frequency converters, Hiwin/PMI/Dinghan guide rails and ball screws, and Chint electrical components. The machine weighs approximately 11 tons; welded parts undergo thermal aging (annealing) and shot blasting, while the saw wheels feature 7075 aluminum cores with polyurethane coating.
