Zibo Hanlong Machinery Co., Ltd. has launched a new model of graphite cutting equipment: the GZK130x80 high-speed graphite flat-cutting saw. This machine is designed primarily for cutting large-scale graphite blocks, with a maximum capacity of 1.3 meters in width, 800 mm in thickness, and 4 meters in length.

A maximum saw blade linear speed of 2,000 m/min, with stepless speed adjustment.

Servo motors and ball screws drive both the vertical lifting and the worktable movement, ensuring precise positioning and smooth operation.

All guide rails and lead screws feature sealed protection—combining stainless steel armor with accordion-style bellows—to effectively block graphite dust.

An automatic lubrication system is included, with an alarm and automatic shutdown triggered by low oil levels.

The electrical control cabinet is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring reliable performance even in hot workshop environments.

Additional features include manual tool setting via handwheel, remote control operation, and dual-mode capability for both horizontal and vertical cutting. The prototype has been in operation at the factory for two months, demonstrating stable and consistent cutting performance.
