The fully automatic horizontal high-speed band saw machine developed in-house by Zibo Hanlong Machinery Co., Ltd. is specifically designed for high-speed cutting of aluminum bars and aluminum alloys. It integrates the technological expertise Hanlong Machinery has accumulated over the years in the field of intelligent cutting.

The equipment features a dual-column gantry frame structure, capable of cutting aluminum bars with diameters ranging from φ150 to 400 mm. The cutting line’s speed reaches a maximum of 2500 m/min, and the main motor’s power is 22 kW. It can be configured with a fully automated production line, enabling the automation of the entire process, including feeding, dimensioning, cutting, discharging, marking, and stacking.

In terms of precision, the finished end surface maintains a verticality of ±0.2 mm, and the dimensional accuracy ranges from 0 to +1 mm/1000mm. The cutting feed mechanism employs a servo motor-driven ball screw mechanism paired with a precision roller linear guide rail. A balance cylinder stabilization system ensures smooth and reliable cutting operations.

Energy efficiency is equally outstanding—consumes approximately 30% less electricity than comparable band sawing equipment, and employs a micro-oil mist method for blade cooling. Taking a φ254mm aluminum bar as an example, a single cutting cycle can be completed within 55 seconds. The equipment is compatible with the full series of 1XXX-7XXX aluminum alloys.
