HLW-80-1300 CNC Straightening Machine Officially Launched in the Market

Recently, the new flattening equipment HLW-80-1300 completed its trial production and was officially launched into the market. This model is designed for thin sheet metal coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 3 mm. It has a processing width of 1300 mm and employs a 75 mm large roll diameter with 15 roll structures. The flattening accuracy reaches ≤±2 mm/m² and the feeding accuracy can be controlled within 1000 mm ± 0.5 mm and 6000 mm ± 3.0 mm. The feeding roll on the equipment is covered with PU adhesive, effectively preventing damage to the sheet metal. This model is suitable for common materials such as cold-rolled steel and galvanized steel. It has successfully been integrated into multiple roll-based laser cutting production lines, significantly reducing the incidence of cutting defects caused by poor sheet form, thereby providing strong support for the stable operation of customers’ production lines.
