Domestic Band Sawing Machines Exported Overseas, Market Continues to Expand

In recent years, the recognition of domestically produced metal band sawing machines in overseas markets has been gradually increasing. The equipment adopts a square-column gantry-style linear guide for guidance. The bed frame undergoes vibratory aging treatment, and its main components are produced by imported CNC machining centers. Material feeding utilizes a gantry trolley structure with linear guide guidance, ball screw transmission combined with servo motors. The single feeding length is 4000 mm, with program-controlled automatic rapid infeed and outfeed. Lifting and guiding are achieved using Dinghan cylindrical heavy-duty precision linear guides, while the material feeding guide also uses the Dinghan brand. The ball screws employ Shangyin bearings. The guide pairs feature automatic lubrication, requiring no maintenance, ensuring guaranteed service life and precision.

The control system uses Inventec PLC and a 10-inch touch screen, with Inventec servo motors. The main motor is the Alpha spindle servo, and the frequency converter is the Alpha servo. The sawing speed features vector frequency conversion and stepless speed regulation, with hydraulic automatic tensioning of the saw blade, adjustable pressure, and automatic shutdown in case of belt breakage.

From an industry trend perspective, the selection logic for band saws is shifting from "cutting capability" to "precision, cost-efficiency, and ease of use." For enterprises engaged in batch material cutting, feed accuracy and guide rail lifespan directly impact overall costs. Improvements in configuration and stability of domestically produced equipment are helping more overseas customers reduce their procurement and maintenance expenses.
