The graphite flat saw is a device that uses a circular saw blade for straight-line cutting, primarily used for horizontal and vertical cutting of graphite materials. Graphite materials are brittle and prone to chipping, with significant dust generation. When processed using ordinary sawing equipment, issues such as chipping, cracking, and flying dust are common. The graphite flat saw is specifically designed to address these characteristics, requiring sharp blades, tooth profiles suitable for the brittleness of graphite, and steady feed speeds. Cooling and dust removal must also be effective. Hanlong Machinery's graphite flat saw guard covers are equipped with dust collector intake vents, which, when used in conjunction with dust removal devices, can effectively control dust.

III. Aspects to Consider During Use

The saw blade tension is automatically adjusted hydraulically with pressure display. The cutting speed and feed rate can be infinitely adjusted, with the cutting speed controlled by a vector frequency converter. The guiding device consists of two sets (left and right) of guide heads, each containing four adjustable guide rollers made of 20CrMnTi steel with carburizing treatment, having a hardness of HRC 58-62. The saw wheel is made of 7075 aluminum alloy with polyurethane coating, offering high transmission precision to extend the service life of the saw blade. The machine tool features automatic tool entry, cutting, and automatic shutdown upon belt breakage. The worktable precision is 1000 mm / ±0.1 mm, and the lifting height table precision is 500 mm / ≤0.08 mm.
