This machine features a high-strength, welded gantry-style bed and a die-cast crossbeam design, ensuring exceptional rigidity, 

stability, and vibration resistance.

Equipped with precision linear guides and a rack-and-pinion drive system, it achieves rapid traverse speeds of up to 80 m/min 

(under no-load conditions).

With a positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm/m and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm, the machine guarantees both 

high-precision and high-speed processing capabilities.

It is outfitted with a Bochu control system and AC servo motors, offering rapid dynamic response, powerful functionality, and

 compatibility with the processing requirements of various sheet metal materials.

The servo motors drive the transmission shafts via precision reducers, ensuring reliable and robust operation. The system integrates 

a 3kW Chuangxin fiber laser source with a Bochu laser cutting head,

delivering superior beam quality, high output efficiency, stable performance, and a long service life.

Featuring built-in automatic programming and intelligent nesting software, the system offers user-friendly operation while significantly

 boosting programming efficiency and optimizing material utilization.

The software supports Ethernet-based communication, enabling remote monitoring of the entire cutting process to facilitate efficient 

and intelligent production management.
