2. Brief Introduction of 4-High 13-Roll Leveling Machine

This machine consists of 13 leveling rolls: 6 upper rolls and 7 lower rolls.
The upper leveling rolls are fixed on a rigid slide block, which is driven by two pairs of screw pairs for lifting and tilting to adjust the leveling gap and angle.
The upper and lower working rolls form harmonic attenuation straightening to improve sheet leveling quality. Gap and tilt are manually adjusted on one side.

Gear drive is adopted; lower rolls are driving rolls to ensure leveling accuracy and extend service life.
Transmission sequence: Motor drives gear reducer → power distributed via gears → transmitted to leveling rolls.

3. Main Technical Parameters of Leveling Machine

1. Precision leveling: Roll diameter φ60mm, precision ground and electroplated. Total 13 rolls: 6 upper / 7 lower, 1 set pressing structure for upper and lower shafts.

3. Leveling shaft material: 40Cr, quenched and tempered, hardness HRC55–58

4. Leveling shaft drive: Side gear linkage, precision ground gears, accuracy ±0.02
