Machine Description

1.By combining mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems (photoelectric sensors + servo motors), the machine achieves automatic feeding, automatic length setting, automatic counting cutting, main motor variable-frequency speed control, hydraulic stepless speed control, and semi-automatic discharging, greatly reducing labor intensity.

2.Through the coordination of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, the machine has functions such as automatic clamping, automatic feed, rapid saw frame retraction after cutting, and automatic stop on blade breakage.

3.The sawing speed and feed speed can be steplessly adjusted within the specified range.

4.The sawing speed is controlled by a vector inverter, making adjustment and control convenient. It is equipped with a high-power motor, and the main drive adopts a gear reducer. It offers strong power, high speed, low vibration, low noise, high transmission efficiency, and low heat generation, greatly reducing machine failure and maintenance rates and meeting the requirements of long-time continuous operation.

5.It adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC), featuring reliable performance and a low failure rate.

6.Hydraulic automatic blade tensioning. The blade tension can be preset and is displayed on a pressure gauge. It has an automatic stop function when the blade breaks.

7.For the main moving parts—the lifting and lowering movement guide of the saw frame—a high-precision rolling linear guide pair is adopted. The guide pair is equipped with an automatic lubrication system. The guide is maintenance-free, which improves service life, ensures running accuracy, and enhances wear resistance.

8.The machine adopts gantry carriage type feeding, featuring good rigidity and high precision. It uses linear guide rail guidance, ball screw, and servo motor transmission. Program control enables automatic feeding and automatic length-setting cutting.
