I. Main Application of the Machine

This machine is used for processing graphite electrode materials, featuring high reliability, high efficiency, high precision and easy operation.

II. Main Features of the Machine

1. The machine integrates mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to realize automatic tool feeding, cutting and automatic stop for belt breakage.

2. Spindle speed and feed rate can be adjusted steplessly within the specified range.

3. Adopts Inovance PLC programmable controller with reliable performance and low failure rate.

4. Main moving part – power head forward/backward movement adopts ball screw + planetary reducer + servo motor. Driven by the ball screw, the power head moves back and forth along the linear guide pair. Processing data is set via touch screen. This structure provides high positioning accuracy, high motion accuracy, good wear resistance, reliable, simple and convenient operation.

5. Cutting tool adopts carbide insert, featuring narrow cutting gap, less material consumption, high durability and low power demand. It is a high-efficiency cutting equipment with obvious material and energy saving advantages.

6. Power head travel adopts servo motor + ball screw drive. Guide rails and screws are equipped with an automatic lubrication system connected to PLC, with an automatic liquid level alarm device.

7. All welded parts are treated with stress-relief annealing, and surface sandblasting/shot blasting to eliminate internal stress.

8. Guide rails are equipped with dustproof nets; ball screws and guide rails have automatic lubrication systems.

9. Electric cabinet is dustproof and fully sealed.
